At RDNUMS, we understand that it is always difficult to know which teaching strategy work best for a particular student. Our educators know that there is no “one size fits all” solution so rather, we strive to create a “one size for each” to achieve individual student success.
Each student achieves success at school based on their capabilities. We work hard to create a classroom that celebrates achievement and progress. We focus on how to support a child’s growth in various domains with cognitive, social, physical and emotional skills. We set goals, design syllabus, prepare individual lesson plans to help students achieve their full academic and social potentials. We encourage the students to follow inquiry based learning for comprehensive teaching-learning outcomes. Effective teaching is the designated goal of every teacher at RDNUMS. For effective teaching, we use certain approaches and tools to help the students learn and flourish.
