Arenungla Jamir

Her Education:
Arenungla completed her Bachelor of Arts from Kohima College in 2013.

Her Experience:
She joined RDNUMS in 2018 and this is her 5th year of teaching at RDNUMS.

Her Passion:
According to her, teaching is stimulating and demanding but most of all extremely rewarding and self-fulfilling. The teaching experience that she is gaining helps her to grow and learn at the same time.

Easter Yemlemth

Her Education:
Easter graduated from Mount Olive College, Kohima in 2014.

Her Experience:
She joined RDNUMS in 2021 as a fresher and she is in her 2nd year of teaching.

Her Passion:
According to her, teachers play a very important role in imparting education and knowledge to the students. With the determination to learn and teach, she chose the profession of teaching. Her experience in teaching has helped her to grow better both as a person and as a teacher and she look forward to learn more.

Imnanaro Pongen

Her Education:
Imnanaro completed her Master’s Degree in English (Literature) from Nagaland University, Meriema in 2018.

Her Experience:
She joined RDNUMS in the year 2020 and she is in her 3rd year of teaching as Assistant Teacher.

Her Passion:
Teaching to her is a fulfilling challenge. According to her, no job is as important to society as teaching as she has always loved to give young children the best start in life. Being a goal oriented person with tons of patience, she believes that she will be able to teach the students and train them in the required subjects with care and concern for achieving the educational goals.

Keneichulo-o Ritse

Her Education:
Keneichulo-o did her Bachelor’s Degree in Arts Stream from Kohima Arts College, Kohima in 2006. She also did her Montessori Teacher’s Training in 2021 from Peri Institute, Kohima.

Her Experience:
She formerly taught at Mewi Higher Secondary School, Kohima for the past 7 years. She joined RDNUMS in 2022 

Her Passion:
With the determination to take up the challenges in working with children, she continue to follow her passion in teaching.

Ketholenuo Mere

Her Education:
Ketholenuo graduated from Kohima College with Tenyidie as her regular subject in 2018.

Her Experience:
She joined RDNUMS in the later part of 2018 and began to serve as full time Office Assistant Cum Assistant Teacher from 2019 till date. She underwent Sunday School Teachers Training at ABCC (Angami Baptist Church Council) and presently serving as Sunday School Teacher.

Her Passion:
Teaching has always been her passion. Teaching is an art and watching children learn has always been a beautiful and extraordinary experience to her.

Kitoholi Achumi

Her Education:
Kitoholi graduated from Oriental College, Kohima in 2017. She completed her Master of Divinity (M.Div) from Faith Theological Seminary, Kohima in 2021.

Her Experience:
She joined RDNUMS in the year 2021 as a fresh teacher and she is in her 2nd year of teaching.

Her Passion:
The passion for teaching encouraged her to take up this profession. She is inspired by the teaching of Jesus as it reflects various good qualities. Her main focus is to let students understand the basic teaching of Jesus that every lesson convey and apply them in every walk of life.

Langphong Mehishu

His Education:
Langphong did his B.A from Immanuel College with English as his Major in 2021. He completed DCA (Diploma in Computer Application) from ALMA Computer Institute in 2021. He also did several short term Bible Schools, respectively 1month and 3 Months Bible courses. 

His Experience:
He worked in Gospel Missions as Leader and Counsellor. He recently Joined RDNUMS to embark on a new journey as a teacher.

His Passion:
His passion is to teach the younger generation and prepare a future generation well equipped in all aspects. His aim is not only limited to teach from books but to impart knowledge by experience. He wants the students to know and understand the need, the benefits, and the advantages of receiving education.

Lanurenla Jamir

Her Education:
Lanurenla graduated from Baptist College, Kohima in the year 2014.

Her Experience:
She had teaching experiences at Schola Lojes’ Kohima from 2016-2017 and Cherry Blossom School, Kohima in 2018. She joined RDNUMS in the year 2019 and this is her 4th year of teaching at RDNUMS. 

Her Passion:
To her being a teacher educator was both an exciting, and challenging endeavour, stimulating and demanding but it is extremely rewarding and self-fulfilling. She enjoys her work as a teacher as it involves contact with people in one form or the other. Her goal as a teacher has always been to help each student learn and teach by every possible method.

Marlin Phesao

Her Education:
Marlin did her Bachelor’s Degree in Hindi Language from Rashtra Bhasha Prachar Samiti, Kohima in 2019.

Her Experience:
She joined RDNUMS in 2018 as a fresher in the teaching profession. She taught for a year and left the School for further studies. She re-joined RDNUMS in 2022.

Her Passion:
With the determination to nurture children for better future, she continues to follow her teaching profession.

Nobin Thapa

His Education: 
Nobin did his schooling from Mt. Sinai School, Kohima. He earned Taekwondo Black Belt and holds a Certificate in Coaching. 

His Experience:
He is a Fitness Trainer and a Certified Coach. He joined RDNUMS in the later part of 2018 and is a Taekwondo Teacher till date. He is working for the last 8 years as a trainer in fitness.

His Passion:
His passion is to train youngsters in the field of Taekwondo. He is a Body builder.

Nounenuo Mejura

Her Education:
Nounenuo did her B.A with Sociology Major from St. Joseph College, Jakhama in 2018. She has also completed Diploma in Elementary Education, Phesama in 2021 and Diploma in Computer Education from NEETEC, Kohima.

Her Experience: She joined RDNUMS in 2022 as a fresher in the teaching profession.

Her Passion: She is an adventurous person and is passionate about teaching and learning new things.

Pursenla Longchar

Her Education:
Pursenla completed her Master’s Degree in History and Archeology from Nagaland University, Meriema Campus in 2013.

Her Experience:
She joined RDNUMS in the year 2019 and serving till date as Assistant Teacher.

Her Passion:
According to her, teaching is quite a challenging and a herculean task. Ever since she joined the teaching profession, she has been constantly learning and improving her skills to be a better teacher. She has learned by experience that every student can learn within their own paces. The process of moulding and shaping their future is what motivates her the most.

Sheena Chettri

Her Education:
Sheena has a Bachelor’s Degree in Hindi Language from Rashtra Bhasha Prachar Samiti, Kohima. 

Her Experience:
She was an employee at Hyundai Showroom as a Sale Executive. She is a Tutor for the last 6 years now.

Her Passion:
Teaching has always been a passion for her as she grew up watching her mother who is also in teaching profession. Teaching is a goal in life for her as she always stands firm in the phrases her mother mentions to her that ‘Teaching is a noble profession’ and ‘Children are angels’.

Vikhothu Tacü

His Education:
Vikhothu did his B.Com from Oriental College, Kohima in 2021.

His Experience:
He has participated in various Inter-College Dance Competition organized by Zoomax, where he was entitled 2nd and 1st position in 2019 and 2020 respectively. He joined RDNUMS in 2022 as a novice dance teacher. 

His Passion:
He is passionate about the art of dancing and with the hope to bring change in the lives of children; he has taken up the profession of teaching Dance. He is committed in his work.

Alem T. Konyak

Her Education:
After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts from Capital College, Kohima, Alem completed a six months course in Montessori from Footprint Montessori Teacher Training Center, Kohima.

Her Experience:
She joined RDNUMS in 2023.

Her Passion:
Quoting CS Lewis “Children are not a distraction from more important work. They are the most important work.” Alem says that it has always been her desire to be involved with children in their initial years of learning because this is when they need optimum love and care to let them know they are valuable so that when they grapple with life as they grow, people won’t let them believe otherwise. She aims to teach children beyond the limitations of books and encourage them to be the best that they can possibly be.

Alokekumar Banerjee

His Education:
Banerjee holds a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Education from Calcutta University.

His Experience:
With over twenty five years teaching experience in Math and Science subjects, Banerjee joined RDNUMS in 2023.

His Passion:
Banerjee says “I aspire to make a positive impact in the lives of the children by creating flexibile, memorable, enjoyable and creative learning.”

Angale Mesen

Her Education:
Angale graduated with Bachelor of Arts in Education from Mount Olive College, Kohima, in 2012. Other qualifications include N-TET, DCAIT, D.El.Ed

Her Experience:
Nine years teaching experience at Public School Dzüvürü, Kohima. She joined RDNUMS in the year 2023.

Her Passion:
She strives to connect with the students and make a real difference in children’s life. In her own words “to love what I teach and make the learner love it too.”

Athili Lokho

His Education:
Athili holds a Bachelor of Education from Hindi Vidyapith Jharkhand.

His Experience:
With over seventeen years of experience in teaching Hindi subject, Athili joined RDNUMS in the year 2023.

His Passion:
He says “I focus on teaching and improving students’ reading, writing, speaking and comprehension skills in Hindi. My goal is to help students become confident in Hindi and appreciate its importance.”

Avikho Kiewhuo

His Education:
Avikho has completed his Bachelor of Theology and Master of Divinity from Kohima Bible College, Kohima, Nagaland.

His Experience:
He joined RDNUMS in 2023 and has been teaching Sunday School children at Koinonia Baptist Church, Keziekie, since 2019.

His Passion:
He endeavours to train children in the knowledge and fear of God.

Bendangjungla Kichu

Her Education:
Bendangjungly holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Fazl Ali College and has completed PGDCA from Alma Computer Institute.

Her Experience:
With over two years of experience in Marketing, she joined RDNUMS in the year 2023.

Her Passion:
She says “Teaching has always been my passion as it reveals my inner desire to help the students, to impart my knowledge to them and to sail in the minds of students and teach and learn with them as a responsible teacher.”

Julivi Zhimo

Her Education:
Julivi holds a Master of Arts in History from Indira Gandhi National Open University and Bachelor of Education from Modern Institute of Teacher Education.

Her Experience:
With four years of experience in teaching, she joined RDNUMS in the year 2023.

Her Passion:
She believes in positively impacting the lives of children by creating learning flexible, interactive, memorable and enjoyable classroom environment. Her goal is to influence students not only in their core curriculum but also in their ability to solve problems.

Kajüni Moro

Her Education:
Kajüni completed Master of Science in Anthropology from Kohima Science College (Autonomous), Jotsoma in 2019.

Her Experience:
She joined RDNUMS in the year 2023.

Her Passion:
Her aspiration is to make learning fun, interactive and engaging. She wants to reflect her educational ideals and beliefs, world affairs and class issues effectively. And to create an impactful learning environment where students learn from their mistakes.

Her Education:
Keneizenuo has completed her Bachelor of Arts from Kohima College Kohima and holds a D.El.Ed from DIET, Chiechama.

Experience:
She joined RDNUMS in 2024.

Her Passion:
In her own words – “I am passionately dedicated to inspire and empower students on their educational development. Foster a positive learning environment where students feel supported, motivated and encourage to reach their full potential. My goal is to cultivate a classroom atmosphere, where students thrive academically, socially and emotionally, laying the foundation for lifelong learning and success.”

Khriekethonuo Semou

Her Education:
She has a Master of Divinity from Faith Theological Seminary and a Diploma in Montessori Teachers Training.

Her Experience:
Joined RDNUMS in 2022.

Her Passion:
She wants to make a real difference in childrens’ lives, moulding the young minds to become kind and thoughtful. Khriekethonuo has a passion for helping each child to progress in all areas of their development – academic, social, language; and strives to create a community of learners that nurtures their growth in an environment of positivity and fun.

Khrieketonuo Chadi

Her Education:
Khrieketonuo holds a B.A and B. Ed degree and qualified with N-TET and Diploma in DTP

Her Experience:
She has two years’ experience as Life Skills Trainer at People Pro Pvt. Ltd and five years teaching experience at Assam Rifles Public School, Kohima. She joined RDNUMS in the year 2023.

Her Passion:
She is dedicated to nurturing the abilities and talents of children and to uplift them and make a change in young lives.

Melelhounuo Ngukha

Her Education:
Melelhounuo has a Diploma in Elementary Education from District Institute of Education and Training, Dimapur.

Her Experience:
She taught at Rajagiri Christ Academy, Bizgaon, Assam for a year before joining RDNUMS in the year 2023.

Her Passion:
She aspires to be a good, helpful, punctual and hardworking teacher and impart the positive constructivist method of teaching and learning to the learners. She also looks forward to influencing children in their ability to solve problems and retain the information on how to find the answers not necessarily with memorization but learning by doing.

Meseneinuo Kezieo

Her Education:
Meseneinuo holds a Master of Arts in Economics from North Eastern Hill University, Shillong and a Diploma in Computer Application and Maintenance.

Her Experience:
She joined RDNUMS in the year 2022.

Her Passion:
In her own words “I love the process of teaching, of inspiring my students, and guiding them in the right way. My goal as a teacher is to encourage all students to strive to be the best they can be and to provide opportunities for authentic learning, where every child feels valued, safe and included.”

Mutsoi P

Her Education:
Mutsoi graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English from St Joseph’s College Jakhama, a Bachelor of Education from State College of Teacher Education, and a Master of Arts in Linguistics from Nagaland University.

Her Experience:
She joined RDNUMS in 2024.

Her Passion:
Mutsoi says “Teaching is not just what I teach but also about the connections I form with my students and the impact I have on them. The joy of seeing my students thrive academically and socially is what drives my passion for teaching.”

Neite-ü Koza

Her Education:
Neite-ü has a Bachelor of Arts (English honours) from St. Joseph’s College, Jakhama.

Her Experience:
She joined RDNUMS in the year 2024.

Her Passion:
In her own words – “I have a genuine love for learning and is a firm believer that students should extend their learning beyond the classroom alone. Therefore, I aspire to inspire and help the students grow as a better individual with holistic development.”

Nouneno Vakha

Her Education:
Nouneno holds a Master of Arts in Political Science from Mahadevi Kanya Pathshala PG College, Dehradun and is certified with Diploma in Office Automation and Publishing (DOAP).

Her Experience:
Prior to joining RDNUMS in 2022, Nouneno had been teaching for a little over three years.

Her Passion:
In her own words “Experience and passionate teacher with a love for educating today’s youth. Adept in creating a comprehensive and well-rounded curriculum that meets education requirements and standards. Aimed at supporting a child academically, emotionally and socially. Her Education:
A graduate of Arts from Patkai Christian College, Chümukedima, Phelih completed her Master of Arts from Savitribai Phule, Pune University, Pune, Maharashtra. She has a Bachelor of Education from Rayalaseema University Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh.

Her Experience:
She joined RDNUMS in the year 2023.

Her Passion:
In her own words “I am Passionate about helping children learn, have fun and be the best they can be. My aim is to support academically, emotionally and socially. Suliho Yeptho

Her Education:
Graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Japfü Christian College(2019) and completed Master in English Literature from Tetso College (2021). She also has an Advanced Diploma in Montessori from IMTTC (2022).

Her Experience:
Joined RDNUMS in the year 2023.

Her Passion:
She says “the key of my teaching is for a better future. I am enthusiastic about a flexible style of teaching. I am reliable, responsible and hardworking. My aim is to create a positive and encouraging learning environment for every student, keeping in mind that children are the future.”

His Education:
Tosovi completed his Bachelors in Commerce from Baptist College Kohima.

His Experience:
He has six years of teaching experience in Mathematics.

His Passion:
Tosovi states his passion as “To make education effective and productive. To make learning fun and enthusiastic. Create positive impact on the life of a student, motivating and influencing the zeal of learning to achieve their goal.”

Her Education:
She holds a B.A. from Sophia Girls College, Ajmer, B. Ed from Tagore College affiliated to Rajasthan University and has additionally completed T.E.S.O.L Online Certificate Course

Her Experience:
Vinita has over twenty eight years of experience in teaching as well as an administrator in India and abroad. With her vast experience and knowledge, she can teach for curriculums like CBSE, Cambridge Primary and International Baccalaureate. Not only this, she is proficient in French and Singaporean.

Her Passion:
In her own words “Teaching is one of the instruments of education and its special function is to impart understanding and skill. The main function of teaching is to make learning effective. The learning process would get completed as a result of teaching. So, teaching and learning are very closely related. As a teacher my role is to change lives, inspire dreams, and push the limits of human potential.
