Established in 2012, RDNUMS is a family-run school established in
memory of the late Rev Dr. Neiliezhü Üsou. It is a play-way school providing a high-quality learning experience and a safe and fun place for learning.

In 2009, a music award was instituted in memory of the late Rev Dr Neiliezhü Üsou for his tremendous contribution to the growth of music in Nagaland. It is an annual recognition given to the High School Living Certificate (HSLC) subject topper in Music under Nagaland Board of School Education (NBSE). This award carries a citation and cash money of ₹25,000 (Twenty-five thousand Indian Rupees).
